RABOBANK GLOBAL TRAINEE PROGRAM (GTP) JULY 2020

From Monday the 6^th of July till Friday the 10^th of July 2020, our partner, 3Masters, together with SimArch, will be conducting an online training program for trainees. During the Global Trainee Program, the concepts dealing with the Fundamentals of Banking are introduced to participants in combination with the use of the simulation program, called FirstB@nk 3. Participants will run their own virtual bank for four financial quarters. As participants progress through the financial quarters, more banking products and complexity are added in the simulation program.
