Fort Hays State University in Hays, Kansas is using the FirstB@nk 3 Banking Simulation Program. Designed and developed by SimArch, FirstB@nk 3 will be used as part of their curriculum during Spring semester early 2021 for students with a Major in Banking.

On the 4th of September 2020 SimArch appointed Riskworx Academy as its exclusive partner for all training programs and use of its banking simulations as well as banking games in Africa. From the 7th until the 9th of October 2020, our GuardB@nk 3 Asset & Liability Management simulator will be used during an Online Asset & Liability Management Program that will be conducted at the South African Reserve Bank (SARB). The training program will give Banking Supervision personnel the opportunity to experience the complexities of managing a commercial bank in a volatile interest rate environment. During the program, emphasis will be placed on sound Capital Management as well as Liquidity Management. 

From Monday the 6th of July till Friday the 10th of July 2020, our partner, 3Masters, together with SimArch, will be conducting an online training program for trainees. During the Global Trainee Program, the concepts dealing with the Fundamentals of Banking are introduced to participants in combination with the use of the simulation program, called FirstB@nk 3. Participants will run their own virtual bank for four financial quarters. As participants progress through the financial quarters, more banking products and complexity are added in the simulation program.

From Tuesday the 7th of July till Friday the 10th of July 2020, our partner, 3Masters, together with SimArch, will be conducting an online training program for young professionals in Rabobank who wish to increase their knowledge of the banking environment and how a bank works in a practical and interactive way. The online training program will be conducted for staff in the Netherlands, using Microsoft Teams. Participants are divided into virtual teams whilst working with the simulation program called FirstB@nk 3.

In 2019 SimArch and its partners will organize an Online Bank Management Contest for young banking professionals in the state of Kansas, aka the OBMC. All registered banks in the state of Kansas qualify to enroll a team to participate in this year’s OBMC.

From the 21st to the 22nd of June 2017, SimArch together with our partner 3Masters will be conducting the 2-Day Workshop: How a Bank works. The workshop will be held in the Netherlands and is open to all professionals active in the Financial Services Sector who wish to increase their knowledge of the banking environment and how a bank works in a practical and interactive way.
